VDA Instruments announced on 30^th  that CEO Song Baek-gyun and the
company's employees participated in the Children's Traffic Safety Campaign - Relay
Challenge.

The challenge is a public participation campaign that
began in December last year (2020) led by the Ministry of Public Administration
and Security. The purpose of the challenge is to spread a traffic safety
culture to prevent accidents in the child protection zone and to form a social
consensus.

CEO Song said, "We will actively participate in
this challenge with all employees to raise awareness about children's traffic
accidents."

VAD manufactures ultra-high precision XY stages and develops
various of high-vaccum applications especially in the filed of semiconductor/OLED
display industry.

CEO Song nominated Song Seong-geun, CEO of IL
Science, as the next challenge participant.
